MEDITATION WITH WHALES

Highly Developed Mammals

Intelligent beings with a gigantic brain and the largest heart in the world, possessing self-awareness, a sense of identity, and deep empathy. They have complex social structures, cultures, and languages. Every breath they take is conscious. They never fully sleep.

Healing Humans

The sound vibrations produced by whales harmonize not only the ocean and the Earth but also the human body and psyche. Their frequencies help alleviate depression, reduce anxiety, and promote emotional healing. Many who have swum with whales report a release from harmful habits and even physical ailments.

Similarities with Humans

Just like us, they love, relax, mourn their lost ones, sing, make sacrifices for their loved ones, and even meditate. Their body temperature is 36.6°C - just like ours.

Language & Communication

Humpback whales can communicate across distances of up to 14,000 kilometers. They literally "see" and "feel" sound. The rhythm and patterns of their songs are remarkably similar to the chants of monks.

I follow a special diet as recommended by my doctor.

Please inform the organizer in advance about diets, injuries, or any other medical conditions before arriving at the retreat. This way, instructors and organizers will be aware of your health condition and, if necessary, will create special conditions for you.

Will the retreat be suitable for me if I have never practiced before?

Yes. The retreat will be effective and helpful, even if you have never practiced before. Before the retreat, you will have 2 practical webinars. Therefore, you will have the necessary basic preparation.

Moreover, it's actually good if you have no prior experience with spiritual teachings. Instead of comparing it with past concepts, you will openly perceive the methodology as it is and be able to use it 100%.

I need to stay connected, can I keep my phone?

One of the key factors for the effectiveness of the retreat is a complete change of the usual life routine. The phone is one of the significant attributes of the modern world that we take with us everywhere, using it for communication and entertainment, reading books, watching movies, and many other things.

In general, the phone is linked to many daily tasks and actions that accelerate our mental activity. However, to deeply feel and understand the retreat methodology and to get the effect from the practices, you need to quiet your mind.
